Salon Policy

1. Booking Policy

A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure any appointment, whether booked online or in-store. Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is received.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand things can come up. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.
• Rescheduling with proper notice will allow your deposit to be transferred to your next booking.

3. Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited.

4. No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend without notice will lose their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.
