Booking Platform

Appointments are managed through Fresha, our online booking platform. Fresha has its own privacy policy governing information you provide when booking online.

Advertising & Measurement

Our website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site and whether our Google ads lead to bookings. Our booking page on Fresha may also report completed bookings to Google for the same purpose.

To measure how well our ads work, we may share the email address and phone number of clients who book with us with Google. These details are scrambled (hashed) before they are sent, are used only to match bookings to ad clicks, and are not used by us or Google to identify you personally.
