I saw Neel for a Korean lash lift and tint and she was amazing! She made me feel comfortable from the start and to let me know if I felt any stinging or tingling so I knew I was in good hands and the results were amazing. I’m very happy and will definitely be going back.

I’m mostly happy. My lashes are great but my brows are probably a little darker than I wanted. I guess I will get used to them. It is all new. Once I put makeup on I may like it more. Undecided. 🤷♀️

She told me she’d had them done by Raman at Brow & Lash Queen, so I booked an appointment for 5pm that very same evening. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with fabulous smiles and outstanding customer service. The whole experience was affordable, professional, and honestly exceeded my expectations. Raman took the time to give me a proper consultation before threading my eyebrows and upper lip, and the results were incredible. I’ve already booked my next appointment for next month because they are now my absolute favourite brow salon ever! Thank you for making me feel so special and for completely transforming the shape of my face. The threading has opened up my eyes and face beautifully, and I feel so confident and refreshed.

She is an absolute artist, always taking the time to listen to exactly what shape I am hoping for, my preferences, and what I can expect from the threading process. The end result is always incredibly precise and efficient. The threading itself is surprisingly quick and virtually painless—just a little pinch that is over in seconds. I have very sensitive skin, and this method is so much better than waxing for me. The final result is perfection. My brows are perfectly shaped, clean, defined, and completely natural-looking. Raman is the best! She saved my eyebrows after they got ruined at another salon, they were flat and badly shaped, but she brought them back to life. Since then, she’s consistently delivered perfect results every single time. Raman has such a good vibe too - she is always so positive, cheerful, and full of energy. I always walk out of her salon feeling happy and positive.
